Vivace Shipping Policy

Vivace currently delivers exclusively within Lebanon.

A flat delivery fee of $5 applies to every order. We do not currently offer free or international shipping.

Orders are normally delivered within 5–8 business days after confirmation. Delivery times may vary during weekends, public holidays, severe weather or circumstances beyond our control.

Our team may contact you by WhatsApp or phone to confirm your order and delivery details before dispatch. Customers must provide a complete and accurate address and a reachable phone number.

If delivery fails because the customer is unavailable or the address is incorrect, an additional delivery charge may apply for another delivery attempt.
